So. Vermont Daily Photo - DVS

Each October, snow geese and Canadian geese stop at the Dead Creek Wildlife Management Center in Addison, Vermont on their migration route. The fields of this area are cultivated with crops for them to eat, and thousands and thousands of them can be (reportedly) seen, so when I heard about this, I went up there. 5,000 geese sounded like quite the sight. I was a little disappointed. I'm waiting to go up later in the month, when the counts go up.
